This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases from ggjwl, operated by Guangxi Huanjin Jewelry Co., Ltd. Please review the terms below before placing your order, particularly if you are purchasing custom or personalized jewelry.
You may request a return of standard, non-personalized jewelry within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Contact [email protected] within this period to notify us of your decision.
Please return items in their original condition, with any accompanying accessories, certificates, and packaging where available. Handle jewelry only as reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and fit.
Damage, alteration, or use beyond what is necessary for inspection may affect the refund amount where permitted by law. Missing packaging does not automatically remove statutory return rights.
Orders made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized for you cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded because you change your mind once the order is placed.

Please check all approved specifications carefully before ordering, including measurements, engraving, metal, gemstone, and design details. Selecting an ordinary stock option does not, by itself, make an item personalized for the purposes of statutory withdrawal rights.
This restriction does not apply to remedies required by law for defective goods, incorrect items, or products that do not match the agreed specifications.
Standard orders may be cancelled before shipment. Email [email protected] as soon as possible and include your order number. If your order has already shipped, the applicable return process applies.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled for a change of mind after placement. This does not limit any cancellation or other remedy available under applicable law, including where we fail to fulfill our contractual obligations.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the agreed specifications, contact [email protected] promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess the problem.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law. Where the law gives you a choice of remedy, we will respect that choice.
The 14-day change-of-mind return window does not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.
Please contact us before dispatching a return to ensure it reaches the correct location. The sender address on your parcel may not be the return address.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, a clear notice of your decision is sufficient; exercising that right does not depend on our prior approval. Follow any applicable legal return deadline.
Original delivery charges are refunded where required by applicable law. For an eligible statutory withdrawal from an entire order, this includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional cost of an upgraded delivery service need not be refunded unless required by law.
We will inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return, subject to any earlier deadline required by applicable law. Inspection will not be used to extend a statutory refund deadline.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and permitted by law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.
For a standard order cancelled before shipment, we will process the refund within 7 business days of confirming the cancellation, or sooner where legally required.
Where EU or UK distance-selling rules apply, you generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase, without giving a reason. You then generally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Where these rules apply, reimbursement is due within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, as permitted by law.
The statutory change-of-mind right generally excludes goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Your rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Business-to-business, wholesale, sample development, and OEM/ODM orders are governed by the applicable written quotation or agreement, including its cancellation, acceptance, and remedy terms. The consumer change-of-mind policy above does not automatically apply to business purchases.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If applicable consumer law provides greater protection than this policy, that protection applies.
